Chorus Card is operated by Shingoku LLC. You must be 18 or older to organize or pay for a card.

What you are buying

Delivery of one group card: a private page for the recipient that unseals at the time the organizer chose and stays available for 400 days. Collecting contributions is free. The price shown before payment is the whole price; sales tax is added where required.

Refunds

Cancel before the card is opened and the payment is refunded in full, and everything on the card is deleted. Once a card has been opened it belongs to the recipient and is not refundable.

What may go on a card

Your own voice, your own photos or ones you have permission to use, and your own words. No threats, harassment, hate, sexual content, recordings of people who have not agreed, or anything unlawful. The organizer can remove any contribution. Cards that break these rules are removed.

The rest

You keep all rights to what you add, and grant only what is needed to store it and play it to the recipient. The service is provided as is. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the card in question.
